Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. International delivery typically takes 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at coolpawsshops.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
